Do all the round end caps have a screw? Several years ago I bought some without screw.

Yes, the only round tube caps that are available for your Thule Parkway is found with part # 853-2181 and needs to be installed using the screw # TH8535753 which is sold separately. I confirmed this with my contact at Thule.
