Speaker 1: Today we're going to take a look at the replacement black modular base for the Track Rack Fixed Mount Ladder Rack. It's for a quantity of one.This part will replace the modular base for the Track Rack Fixed Mount Ladder Rack. It is designed to work with the Track Rack Track One, part number TA27000B and the TA27000B-34. Both of those we do sell separately on our website. This can install as either a left front driver's side base or a right rear passenger's side base. It's made of a 6000 series aluminum construction.

It's very strong, durable and rustproof. Has a nice matte black, dual stage powder coat finish over it to add extra protection against corrosion.This part includes one base and just want to give you the measurements on this. Overall length on it is going to be right at 16 inches long and the overall width on it is going to be right at three and a quarter inches wide.But that should do it for the review on the replacement black modular base for the Track Rack Fixed Mount Ladder Rack, quantity of one.

I have a tracrac trac one in black finish on my pickup truck. I backed under a low hanging large branch of a tree and this base part cracked in half. I use these racks almost daily as I am a contractor/carpenter. I called and spoke with Matt. He helped me locate which part I needed and I placed the order. He initially told me it would go out the following day at standard ups shipping. I received an email from Matt a couple hours later that he ended up getting it shipped that day and upgraded my shipping at no cost to me so I would get it faster. The part came a couple days later, it was the correct part and fit right in place to make my racks back in operation as good as they were before. Very happy with service and help I received!

After purchasing and installing my Thule TracRac ladder rack, the next day I backed into a parking space. Not use to having, forgetting the rack was on and not realizing a low tree limb was in path for collision. Ouch!

I was tickled to find out that replacement parts were available. The base mount plate broke (buckled my solid bed rail top, slightly) and 1 clamp screw bent. I was amazed these were the only two components damaged/ needed.

etrailer provided Quick economy shipping & tracking (a nice feature), heavy duty packing. Products and pieces all delivered as promise. Quality is OEM.

This model rack breaks very easily at the base if the top hits something especially when backing up as the leverage is high. There should be diagonal braces.
