This was a two-dollar item, but priceless to me, because without it, my expensive roof rack would have become unusable. I was delighted to see that etrailer actually stocked the item, and very pleased with the speed and efficiency with which this very low-profit transaction was handled by etrailer. If that's how they deal with the little things, I wouldn't hesitate to trust them with a major purchase.
Product is good but super slow delivery I know it’s Holiday my item sat with no movement/activity for 4-5. I have to remember if I need bike rack products NOT to order with etrailer.com. Will be sharing my experience with riding buddies/groups.

This was exactly what I needed. Took my car through the car wash a few months back and one of bristles from the overhead brush got caught up and ended up pulling off the wheel holder and the plastic end cap. Didn’t realize until it was too late. This was the perfect end cap replacement
