First of all, the shipping is so fast it doesn't even seem real. Literally the fastest shipping time I've ever seen and I shop online quite a bit. This was a two-dollar item, but priceless to me, because without it, my expensive roof rack would have become unusable. I was delighted to see that etrailer actually stocked the item, and very pleased with the speed and efficiency with which this very low-profit transaction was handled by etrailer. If that's how they deal with the little things, I wouldn't hesitate to trust them with a major purchase.
