Product is good but super slow delivery I know it’s Holiday my item sat with no movement/activity for 4-5. I have to remember if I need bike rack products NOT to order with etrailer.com. Will be sharing my experience with riding buddies/groups.
This was a two-dollar item, but priceless to me, because without it, my expensive roof rack would have become unusable. I was delighted to see that etrailer actually stocked the item, and very pleased with the speed and efficiency with which this very low-profit transaction was handled by etrailer. If that's how they deal with the little things, I wouldn't hesitate to trust them with a major purchase.
