Replacement Hook Recommendations for Swagman 2 Bike XC rack

Question:
I lost one hook from my Swagman XC Cross-Country 2-Bike Hitch Mount Rack. I see the single hook #P186 replacement part, but what does it mean in the description as short. Will it fit a standard size bike, etc.

On your Swagman XC bike rack there are two hook sizes. A short one and a long one. The short one is the one that goes on top of the other hook. See picture I attached.
The part # P186 that you referenced includes both hooks.
