The bar you are asking about is not included in the Replacement Ratcheting Hook Set, part # P186. The hook set just includes the short and the longer hook that fit the Swagman upright bar like part # P321 which is used on the Swagman XTC-2 bike carrier, part # S64670, and the Swagman XC-2 Bike Carrier, part # S64650.
The # P321 measures 35 inches in length and is 1-1/4 X 1-1/4 inch bar. If used on the XC-2 bike carrier, this replacement bar is 2 inches taller than the original bar that is included with the carrier.
