I'm glad etrailer carried this part as Sportrack would never respond when I tried ordering parts direct from them.
Ordered some replacement hardware for my older model hitch mount Sportrack. Although there was a delay in the shipping, I was well informed the entire time and when the parts came, they were a perfect match.
I needed a replacement carriage bolt and knob for my Thule Hitch Mount Bike Rack. I had searched all over, placed an order with another company and it was the wrong size. I called your toll free number and was SO impressed with the service tech that helped me. He talked me through figuring out the right size and type of bolt and knob that I needed and helped me place the order. The customer service was absolutely OUTSTANDING! Greats service as always from etrailer. These bolts are a soft metal so it's easy to over tighten and strip which is why I've had to order extras.
These blots fit perfectly in the Sport Rack bike rack. I'm so glad I was able to order these since the blots on the bike rack were ruined from wear and tear.

I've had my Sports Rack bicycle hauler for 10 years and finally the bolt and knob striped out... But replacement parts were easy to find on the website.. The parts came 1 day earlier than expected.

Works same as original.
Our original bolts and knobs eventually stripped over time due to constant usage (and perhaps over tightening). These replacements seem to be exact duplicates.
