Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this replacement mounting bracket for your DeeMaxx disc brake caliper. Now, this is the mounting bracket that's going to allow a disc brake caliper to be installed on heavy duty etrailer axle. This is designed specifically for 10,000 to 16,000 pound Dexter or Lippert axles that use a seven bolt brake flange and they're set up for dual wheels. This bracket works with the 11 inch brake rotors commonly used on axles in that weight range.

And its main job is pretty simple but critical. This is going to bolt the axle flange and securely hold the disc brake caliper in the correct position so the braking system functions properly. Now another nice feature is the DeeMaxx max coating, which gives you extra corrosion resistance, and it has a salt spray rating of over 1,000 hours. So that makes this a solid choice for trailers that see harsh conditions like road salt, coastal environments or frequent exposure to moisture.
