Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at the replacement hook and step dual-ball for the Curt adjustable channel mount. Now, this part here is what will replace the hook and the step dual-ball on your Curt channel-style adjustable ball mount, which is part number 45904. That part we do sell separately on our website, and I did want pop up an insert that would show you that's what that complete set looks like. This part is just for the hook and step dual-ball mount.

This is designed to fit into a three-inch wide channel. The ball mount itself will include a two-inch diameter ball, 2 5/16 diameter ball, a tow hook right over here. And then, if you totally install it upside down, it'll have this step here. This part is a forged steel construction, has a nice, durable, zinc-plated finish to it. The step that we showed you has a nice non-skid surface for easy truck bed access.

The tow hook, which is right here and it is stamped on it, it is for 10,000 pounds, so it's perfect for vehicle recovery and straight line pull applications. The two-inch ball we mentioned, it is stamped and it's rated for 10,000 pounds and the larger 2 5/16-diameter ball is stamped and it's rated for 14,000 pounds. And also on the very back, you'll notice it includes this installed anti-rattle rubber bumper on the back, so when this is installed in your channel mount, that'll help prevent some of the noise or any rattle.
