Hello neighbors, Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our TowSmart pintle hook mounting plate for your two inch hitches. It's got a six inch long shank and it's eight holes on the mounting plate, rated at 10,000 pounds. So folks, this hitch mounted adapter plate is gonna provide a nice mounting point for a pintle hook, which will be sold separately. Now that pintle hook's gonna come with bolts needed to bolt it onto this front plate. The plate is heavy duty steel is durable black powder coat on the finish and it's gonna give you three positions because two holes is gonna be one position.

Now you will need a hitch pin and clip that's sold separately. That's gonna be a five eighth inch pin hole. The mounting holes here are your standard three and a half, center to center, one and three quarter inches center to center on the height, the mounting plate is five by seven, and I was getting about six and a half inches when I measured from the center of the pinhole to the front face of the plate. So it's six inches from the center to the back of the plate, so six and a half inches overall to that nine hole. Once again, it's rated at 10,000 pounds, and it works with a two inch by two inch trailer hitch receiver.
