Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this replacement electric plug assembly for your Meyer salt spreaders and hydraulic snowplows. Now this replacement electric motor plug assembly is a repair part for your Meyer salt spreader and some hydraulic snowplow setups. It's the electrical plug that's going to connect the spreader's electric motor to your wiring harness. Now, over time, as you've probably experienced, this plug can wear out, it can corrode, it can get damage, especially since it's exposed to salt, moisture and cold weather.
When that happens, the motor may stop working or work intermittently. So this part is meant to replace the original plug and restore a solid electrical connection so power flows properly to the motor again. This is sold as you see it, one complete plug assembly. It comes as you see it as well. So no additional hardware or anything like that.
So this is commonly used on Meyer electric salt spreaders, including those that run the spinner or agitator motor, and in certain snowplow related motor applications that use this specific style of plug. If you happen to have any other questions, whether it's about this assembly or anything else that we have here at etrailer, don't hesitate to reach out.
