Swap the bulky universal clamps and keep your Trxstle ARC or CRC rod carrier tucked close to your roof rack with this low-profile T-track mounting kit. It mounts one rod carrier directly to compatible roof rack crossbars.
Mounting a rod carrier high above your crossbars can add unnecessary bulk. This top channel kit secures one Trxstle ARC or CRC rod carrier directly to compatible roof rack crossbars with top channel slots, keeping your carrier tucked close to your roof rack for a lower-profile installation.
Exposed fasteners are easy to access once your carrier is on the roof. Locking metal shrouds fully conceal the mounting hardware and secure with stainless steel lock cores, making it harder to tamper with your mounting system while your rod carrier stays attached to your roof rack.
Finding hardware that matches your crossbars can slow down installation. M6 and M8 stainless steel mounting hardware fits common top channel crossbar systems, while integrated rubber padding helps protect your rod carrier's finish where the mounts clamp against it. Stainless steel construction with a black finish resists corrosion once your mounting kit is on the roof.

Hi, everyone, Steve here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at the Universal Top Channel Mounting Kit for the Trxstle Arc and CRC Fishing Rod Carriers. So folks, you're gonna use something like this if you already have the Trxstle Rod Carrier, but your roof rack has crossbars with a top channel. Well, now this kit will give you a cleaner way to mount that carrier. So instead of using the larger universal clamps that wrap around the crossbars, these mounts directly attach to the T-track and that's gonna keep that rod carrier tucked closer to the roof rack, giving you a low profile, a more streamlined setup. So again, these will slide into the D-tracks.
Then obviously you got the holes here for mounting the carriers. You do get the hardware. Each mount here is a metal shroud that's gonna cover the mounted hardware once everything's installed. And they do, let me unlock this here. They do make these a tight fit.
There you go. So they have rubber pads here and here and the same thing on this bottom bar. So once you get everything in place, tighten down obviously and everything, you can cover those mounts with the included cover here. And again, because it's got rubber on it, you do have to push kind of hard, I found, to get this lock lined up. So as you can see, even right now, I'm not just quite there.
So I need to push this mount closed a little better. There we go. Perfect. And again, both sides feature that same lock and everything. So you have two keys.
It's gonna fit both of them. And then you do have the hardware and everything as well. That cushioning, padding, is gonna do great for keeping things quiet. Everything here is stainless steel as far as a lock core and it's hidden again once everything's installed. So it makes it really hard for someone to come and steal your expensive fishing rods and your gear and those kind of things. As far as compatibility with different roof racks, they give you hardware, both M6 and M8 stainless steel mounted hardware. So this will work with most common top channel crossbar systems out there. Again, everything here, stainless steel, even these guys, they're just powder coated black to match those Trxstle Arc and CRC rod carriers. So folks, again, one kit here will give you enough to mount one complete carrier. These are the Trxstle Universal Top Mounting Kit. I'm Steven. Thanks for watching.
