It’s great! I’ve had a bit of trouble with the awning setup. Are there specific instructions for the tailgates that have a drop step? Or is it not recommended to use the drop down on trucks that have it? Also the ground was as solid as cement, so I had to improvise and use rocks to anchor the awning ropes. This was my first set up, I’ll work on better installation ??

Glad you're enjoying the tent! For a first setup, it sounds like you handled that rock hard ground pretty well too. Sometimes improvising with what you've got is half the fun of camping! As for the tailgate step, I wouldn't recommend deploying the built in drop step while the truck bed tent is set up unless you can do so without putting any tension on the tent fabric or straps. The tent is designed around the tailgate being open and flat, and Napier doesn't provide a separate setup procedure for tailgates with an integrated step. I like your idea of dialing in the awning setup with a little more practice too. What truck do you have the Sportz tent on?

The tent is great once set up. Set up is a bit complicated and some of the instructions aren't perfect, which is why I can't quite give it 5 stars, but overall very good and a good value. Etrailer.com's service and price were both outstanding. Delivered right on time with amazing transparency throughout shipping and very responsive customer service from Ashley. Etrailer came through when Ford failed us--and Ford's price was much higher!
