In my honest opinion, if you are comparing the AirBedz Rear Seat Air Mattress for Cars, Jeeps, SUVs, and Full-Size Trucks - Realtree Camo Item # 341029 to the Pittman Outdoors Rear Seat Air Mattress w Portable 12V Pump - Blue - Full-Size Trucks and SUVs Item # 341028. I recommend the Airbeds 341029 for your 2019 Ford F-350 Super Duty. The separate air bag for the floor is much better in a vehicle with a back seat that sits higher from the floor. I have done videos on the Pitman with the attached lower section and it seems to be better for you smaller SUVs with lower seats. I have tried it in a truck and the lower section didn't seem to touch the floor until you put weight on it, which make it uncomfortable.

The video link is on a 2500 Silverado but it is a full size truck so it will give you a good idea of what it looks like, how it is set up and fits inside the truck.
