Hello Scott, thanks for reaching out. The AirBedz Rear Seat Air Mattress w Portable 12V Pump # 341028 will indeed fit in the back seat of a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 Double Cab. This is a universal fit mattress, and it is 60" long, so it may not necessarily fill the entire back seat area, but it will be a big upgrade from sleeping on the seat.
