Now, this step is going to fit various versions of the 2009 and newer RAM, but you do wanna make sure to use our vehicle fit guide and just enter the year, make, and model and make sure that this will work with a particular Ram that you have. So our fit guide will confirm that exact fitment for you. Now, this stylish step is going to help you get into and out of your Ram with ease. The large flat step surface has a non-slip diamond tread.
It's gonna give you excellent stability. And this hoop style gives a rugged off-road look. Now, just retrieving my ruler here, let me go ahead and just give you the step area dimensions. So measuring just that platform, that step area, you see we're sitting right at seven inches long. And then looking at the width, we're sitting right at 3-1/2 inches wide.
This is going to give you a drop of about five inches. And in case you we inchesre wondering about the overall length, lining this up here at the longest point, we're sitting right at about 10 inches long overall. Now, this is made here in the USA of durable rustproof cast aluminum alloy construction. This has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. The XM3 polished aluminum finish is not gonna rust.
