Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at the Camco Power Grip 90-degree locking marine-style power cord adapter. This adapter lets you connect your RV or boat's marine-style 50 amp power plug to a 50 amp standard power source. It measures around 18" long from connector to connector. The female end connects to your RV's or boat's marine-style 50 amp power plug. It does have the threaded locking ring on the female end, which helps create a weather proof connection. Then the male end plugs into a 50 amp standard power source.Now I want to point out that on each connector head we have the 90-degree connectors.
That's designed to reduce strain on the cord, and allows easier connection in tight spaces. Each connector head has the built in handles, which makes handling and unplugging the cord very quick and easy. Does exactly what I need. When I am storing my 5'er, I use this to Step the power from 50 amps down to the 30 wishbone then down to 15 amps. I feel I don't want to chance losing my 50 amp cord to a wire thief.

Just received the adapter and haven't had a chance to use it yet. But I've wanted one of these for a long time now as the 50 amp plug sticks straight out from the receptacle. Always thought this was a dumb design as it puts a lot of stress on the plug and cord. The prices are starting to look more attractive so I decided to bite the bullet and get one.

Works just as it should. Now I can use my 30 amp extension cord with my 5th wheel when I am at a campsite or storage that does not have 50 amp connections. The adapter arrived just a promised and the customer service was outstanding. I will order from etrailer again.

This extension has been a game saver on a couple occasions. There have been a couple of parks where the extension has come in handy. Well made lives up to its expectations. A must have.
