It sounds like the Power Grip 90-Degree Locking RV/Marine Power Cord w/ Handle # CAM55572 is exactly what you are needing. It has the lock ring on the 90 degree end and then the threads for a lock ring on the other end (no locking ring). Thanks for the photos they were very helpful, and the answer to your question is yes, the Power Grip 90-Degree Locking RV/Marine Power Cord with Handle - 50 Amps # CAM55572 will abslolutlely work for what you are trying to do. There isn't a cord with the 30 foot length you need but this will work perfectly as an extension to plug your current cord into and then plug this into your motorhome.

The difference is simply what they are rated for and plug into; since you have a 30 amp, to plug into a 30 amp twist lock extension you will need the Power Grip 90-Degree Locking RV/Marine Power Cord w/ Handle - 30 Amps # CAM55532. If your motorhome was 50 amps you would have used the Power Grip 90-Degree Locking RV/Marine Power Cord w/ Handle - 50 Amps # CAM55572. Difference Between L14-30 Adapters and L14-50
The Mighty Cord Generator Adapter # A10-G30430VP that you referenced is an L14-30 adapter as it is a 30 amp twist lock style adapter. L14-50 means 50 amp twist lock like the # CAM55572 which has both sides male and female this style. If you ran a 30 amp to 50 amp adapter like part # A10-G30350VP you'd need to use it with 125 volts and not 220/240.

I can't say whether or not a manufacturer has made an adjustable connection, but I haven't ever seen one. I checked with one of our cord manufacturers and they said that the orientation of the cords like the Camco PowerGrip # CAM55572 won't matter when plugged in, so the way it will hang down when attached to your RV isn't anything to be worried about. The wires in these cords are 6/3+8/1 (6 gauge for 3 wires, 8 gauge for 1 wire).

Recommended 90 Degree Twist Lock Adapter For A 50 Amp RV
We do have a 90 degree adapter you can use for your 50 amp power cord. I recommend the Camco # CAM55572. This is an 18" long 90 degree adapter that has a twist lock on both ends. With the twist lock ring it will be much more secure and you will not have to worry about unexpected disconnects.
