By attaching these mirrors to your factory side-view mirrors, you'll be able to see past the end of your trailer so you can safely change lanes, pass other motorists, and park. The housing of each slide-on mirror is constructed of durable ABS plastic, as are the included components.
This set fits factory mirrors like those pictured above.
These towing mirrors are designed to seamlessly fit the contours of your factory side-view mirrors. Each one includes felt padding inside the housing that protects the factory mirror body from scratches and scuffs. Installation is a snap - just slide the towing mirror over your OEM mirror and insert the provided arm and hand knob through the back of the mirror housing. Then hook the arm around the inside edge of your OEM mirror. Finally, tighten the hand knob to secure the towing mirror in place.

Fit well, only problem is that the mirror pivot is not very solid and tends to go out of adjustment easily.
The mirrors were exactly what they said they were. Fit right on my 1993 250 Ford pickup. They look like they are original equipment. Very pleased with the product.

Fits my 1995 ford f-250 perfectly. i have the aluminum bracket mirrors. The extra reach lets me see traffic behind me that the standard ford mirrors do not. I am a retired big rig driver and have lots of years with mirrors. These will work fine with your ford. By the way, I tow a 26 foot Jayco travel trailer.
Have used these for a year. Easy to add to, and remove from, truck mirrors. No vibration at speed. Great alternative to buying permanent towing mirrors.
I just installed the towing mirrors from etrailer after having to return a universal set from someone else that would not fit my 1994 F250, even though their site said they would. This set of LVT-2000s fit and look great. I will test drive and try to add pictures, and if all goes as I expect, will upgrade the above 4 rating to a 5.
Works good, easy on and off.
Haven't had a real good chance to use them yet but they installed easily & have been useful on the short hauls and backing trailer into gateways on the farm.
Not all Ford chrome mirrors are the same. You can make these work if you're willing to take a hammer to your mirror and modify the back of it to where this extension will slip over it far enough to get the nut on the bolt. Slick idea tho.

The mirrors are still holding up ok. We only use them twice a year but they work well. The only thing they could improve would be to make the back straps that reach around to the side of the mirror to clamp it on longer and more flexible. I had to take a hammer to the backs of my mirrors and cave them in in order to attach the extension mirrors. Thanks for the note
Easy install. Only issue is it depends on a little gap between mirror and housing to fully seat clamp but there is none.

Just like the first day I put them on very happy with the purchase the mirrors exceeded my expectations!
Mirrors fit perfectly over factory mirrors. Added a small piece of foam to snug up case and everything seemed nice and snug. Will see if mirrors vibrate going down the road, or not. Put a small dab of silicone on tightening bolt to keep bolt from backing out. Rearview sight is greatly enhanced. Can still fold mirrors in with extension when not in use.

Outside mirrors vibrate a bit when driving. Otherwise mirrors work great. Pleased with purchase
The mirrors arrived quickly, and were easy to install on my 1990 F-250 once I learned the trick to it. You should install the clips on the mirrors before you try to slide them over your vehicle mirrors. The clips are designed to pull the extension mirror onto the vehicle mirrors, and as a result, will not easily line up for the retaining nut. The first mirror probably took 5 minutes before I figured this out. The installation of the second mirror took about 15 seconds.
Also, if you are going to install spot mirrors on your vehicle mirrors, do this after you have test installed the extension mirrors. The lip that holds the extension mirror on extends slightly over the vehicle mirror.

Im still using them, although not lately, because the trailer interior is being rebuilt. I made a good choice when I bought these.

I like to remove them when not in use.
It helped me with my 1986 Ford F250 truck.
32 foot trailer .
Worked great. Installed this in literally 2 minutes. Now I can see around our camper, and have a visual of the trailer tires while pulling!
