i have an f250 superduty xlt 4x4, 8 ft bed,want know is this product fits my truck and to make sure that the rack comes with cross bars on it, and it also includes the tonneau cover

Pace Edwards has a UltraGroove tonneau and EL200 ladder rack solution that fits your 2016 Ford F-250 long bed but the part number you mentioned fits newer Ford trucks with long beds. So you would need the EL200 part # 311-ELF0301 with the UltraGroove tonneau # 311-KEF7084 and you'd be set.
