Today we're going to be taking a look at the Montana Grizzlies two inch hitch cover from AMG. The hitch cover's going to allow you to show your school pride. It's going to add a clean finish look to the hitch and it's going to help keep dirt and grime out of the receiver boot off the hitch. The hitch cover's going to be made from a steel construction. It's going to feature a nice black powder coat finish which is going to do a great job at resisting rust and corrosion. We're looking at a chrome plated metal emblem.
It's going to feature a rust proof and fade proof design. The product is American made. Here on the back side, it's going to have a foam gasket that goes around the area that goes around the receiver boot of the hitch. That's really going to reduce rattle between the hitch and the hitch cover. This is an officially licensed product. When installing this is does require a hitch pin and clip or a hitch lock.
Those items are sold separately, but if you're in need of one you can find them right here at etrailer.com. This pin holes on the hitch cover will accept a standard 5/8" diameter pin. Some measurements to go over with you real quick. With the hitch cover face, it's going to give us an overall width of five inches, with an overall height of pretty close to three and a half inches. The distance we have from the back of the foam pad to the center of the hitch pin hole is going to measure pretty close to two and a half inches. This is designed for a two inch by two inch hitch.
It's a very simple instillation. Just slide it into the receiver boot hitch. Line up your pin holes and secure with a hitch pin and clip or a hitch lock. 's going to do it for the Montana Grizzlies two inch hitch cover from AMG.
