It’s rated for a maximum tongue weight of 600 lbs, giving you plenty of capacity for bikes, cargo platforms, or other hitch-mounted accessories. This rack-only version is designed specifically for hitch-mounted accessories like bike racks and cargo carriers. The detachable receiver fits directly into the center block, locking firmly in place when in use. If you ever decide to tow later, you can add the Towing Kit (SH32MR – sold separately) to upgrade the same base system for trailers up to 6,000 lbs gross trailer weight.
