Very heavy duty. Perfect fit. Only small nit pick is that the instructions listed different size nuts and bolts from what was sent. But what was sent was appropriate and worked well.
Well made, fits nicely no modifications needed to the hitch.
Installation was pretty straightforward and the instructions were accurate. Sturdy and clean looking.
The hitch is great and I just had Pittsburgh Truck and Tow install it. I would recommend both etrailer.com and Pittsburgh Truck and Tow for the installer.
Currently a little disappointed with the installation instructions. They are terrible quality. Black and white photos of where I need to cut lower bumper covers? I could handle not having the diagram of what to cut in the past, but a grainy washed out photos…. Cmon. Even when I went online and found the color ones, it wasn’t much better.
The hitch is well made and easy to install. If you are buying this hitch for a Toyota Crown, turn off your parking support. The Crown will not permit you to back up with your bike on the rack.
