Great quality hitch and easy installation! Perfect fit, and looks great on the vehicle. Take the time to clean out the weldnuts in the frame as suggested in the instructions.
This product is right on the money and right on the vehicle. In a way it was harder to remove the muffler from it's hanger than to install the hitch. Everyhting fits exactly the way they suppose to fit, no frustation. I love it.
Easy to install, no real problems. As mentioned in other reviews and installation instructions, the screw holes did have dirt and grim in them and needed to be cleaned out. This was by far the hardest part of the whole process.

Everything about this experience has been PERFECT! I ordered on 7/16 and the hitch and wiring harness arrived on 7/19. Using the online videos, I was able to install both in about 2 hours. I could have completed the process faster if I used a lift. Instead, I did this alone with my van parked in the fron lawn. It is also worth noting that I had shoulder surgery 6 weeks ago and am not operating at full capacity. Thanks for everything!
Rock solid and sturdy. I bought this to use to hold an Allen 4 slot bike rack. It took me about 45 mins to install. The holes for bolts on the tailpipe side were rusted and I needed to order a 12mm tap to clear the rust. One of the tailpipe bolts was hard to access but with patience it worked. The hitch then went on easily with the 6 supplied washers and bolts.
Product arrived and there were two wear marks on the frame where the paint had been worn away from rubbing during transport. I touched them up with touch up paint and install took about an hour. Loosening the the exhaust pipe and installing on that side of the care was a little tricky.
I finally decided on the Curt trailer hitch for my 2012 Kia Sedona and this was a good choice. Had a neighbor put it on and the holes lined up perfectly. The hardest part he said was lowering the tail pipe but it is heavy duty and ought to pull my pop up camper easily. The wiring harness went on easily too thanks to the directions and the youtube video (7 minutes long) which showed how to install the wiring. All in all, a very positive experience.

Package arrived, but box was all torn up and one of the ends of the hitch was bent on one of the corner screw hole, and some deep scratches on the hitch. I also had difficulty in installing and aligning the holes. Their videos made the fit look easy and had plenty of wiggle room but mine was really tight. I prefer tight, but not this one. Anyway I still managed to fit it on my own with the help of a few pieces of wood and 2 jacks to hold it in place while I wrestle with the screws...
Overall very satisfied and would buy from etrailer again.
Ordered this on Monday night arrived Thursday, faster than I expected for free shipping. Took awhile to clean the holes on my car so they would accept the bolts. I used WD-40 and the wire brush for cleaning a pistol. Hitch was a perfect fit and was exactly as stated. I will definitely order from etrailer again.
This is the second trailer hitch I've ordered from etrailer. Easy order process and great product. Will recommend to others.

The trailer hitch is still working out great. As i said it was easy to install. Hopefully, within the next year, Ill be able to purchase another for my pick up truck. Thanks again for a great product
Delivery from etrailer was very fast. Installation was difficult, but I think it was due to problems with my car rather than an issue with the trailer hitch. The hitch structure wouldn't fit between the gas tank and car frame on one side. We had to use a tire jack to apply upward pressure to force the hitch into place. Once we did that, we simply bolted it as directions indicated, and everything works great. I'm very pleased with etrailer and their product and service. The only reason I did not award 5 stars is because of the install problem.
