What you can do is measure the wheel base of your 2007 Kia Sedona to determine if you need the long wheel base hitch, # C13345 or the short wheel base hitch, # 75551.

The long wheel base is 119 inches.
The short wheel base will be 113.8 inches.
Measure from the center of the front wheel to the center of the rear wheel.

From what we have found, the LX and EX models are long wheel base models. They will also have a third row of seating. I still recommend measuring to be sure.

For either hitch, if you plan on doing some towing, I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit, # EBMK4. It comes with a ball mount, interchangeable ball set, a hitch pin with clip, and a carrying bag.
