In order to tow a trailer with a 2006 Kia Sedona you'll first need to start with a trailer hitch, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13345 is what I recommend as it offers drill free installation. Then you will need a trailer wiring harness, the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118410 is plug-n-play. Finally, the etrailer Ball Mount Kit part # 989900 will complete your setup.
In regards to towing capacity, this will be listed in the owner's manual but so long as this exceeds the weight of the trailer you will be good to go.
