When installing on a Lexus LS430, give yourself 2hrs install time. Hitch goes under both mufflers brackets.
Trailer hitch for my '02 Lexus arrived in record time..It appears to be a fairly easy installation for the hitch proper and the instructions are good.
My experience with etrailer was nothing but positive! Good quality hitch. Had to cut end of both tailpipe hanger brackets to get it installed properly but once on it looks good and works fine.
I just finished installing a CURT trailer hitch to my '04 Lexus LS430. Unusually tow vehicle but needed hitch to haul a motorcycle. Etrailer's directions were easy to follow, however, a projected install time of 30 minutes was very ambitious for a novice installer (like myself). Overall, pleased with the look of the hitch and the service provided by Etrailer.

Trailer hitch functions as expected. My only glitch is I ended up with a random vibration that Ive been unable to track down. As with these kinds of issues itll end up being something simple and Ill be happier after I figure it out. Product works wonderfully.
