I have a different option for you, but the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13900 you were looking at is not confirmed to fit your 2005 Lexus LS 430.
Instead I recommend the Curt # C12231 which is currently the only trailer hitch receiver confirmed to fit your specific vehicle. This hitch has a 1-1/4" receiver with a 250lb tongue weight rating and 2500lb trailer weight rating making it a perfect choice for carrying a bike rack, cargo carrier, or adding a ball mount to tow a trailer.
If you are planning on towing a trailer you will also need a vehicle wiring harness # C59236, Drawbar # C45510, 1-7/8" hitch ball # C40001 or 2" hitch ball # C40018, and hitch pin and clip # F-4.
I included a link to the written instructions of the # C12231 and vide reviews of the other products mentioned for you to take a look at.
