We do indeed offer a hitch and trailer wiring harness for a 2003 Lexus LS430.
For a hitch, I'd recommend the US made Curt Class II hitch, part # C12231 along with the # C59236 trailer wiring harness. You'll also need a # C45510 ball mount, a # PC2 hitch pin and # 19256 for a 1-7/8 or # 19258 for a 2 inch trailer ball.
