This hitch comes with a great set of instructions complete with good photos that made installation a breeze. Fit was good with plenty of adjustment to make threading the bolts through easy.

Perfect hitch for a bike rack and reasonably priced
Prompt arrival, easy to install, installed by myself using a jack to hold it in place while starting the nuts. 69 years old. Also bent the pull wire twice. So it would come down the hole without reaching in for it. 2017 chevy cruze. Also installed the wire harness.
When I called to order the hitch, I asked the representative to make sure that she sent the righ hitch for my car. Well, guess what, they sent me the wrong hitch. It was very frustrating to waste my time, laying out my tools, putting the car up on ramps, moving the exhaust system and removing the heat shield, only to find that the hitch was wrong and did not fit. Then, they wanted to charge me $xx more for the correct hitch then they originally did. To make matters worse, I requested a return shipping label so I can send back the incorrect hitch. They still have not sent one.
I have been using my receiver for almost a year. Use it for my bike rack and it is rock solid. Install was easy and well documented. Getting ready to order another for my other car.
It was a completely painless experience installing the trailer hitch and wiring harness on my 2018 Chevy Cruze hatchback. Everything was provided in the package and the online videos make the installation a breeze! I installed it by myself and it only took about an hour and a half. I will definitely be buying from etrailer.com again in the future!

Fit perfectly! The instructions were clear and the video they sent me via email made everything that much clearer. I installed it by myself, so it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows, but it definitely can be done! Just make sure to have a ratchet extension of at least 6in and consider a swivel.
I've purchased a hitch for another vehicle from etrailer before, which is why I knew they had a superior product. Will purchase again from etrailer, 100%
The video for installation on my 17 Cruze Hatchback was exactly right. I installed the hitch with no problems right in my driveway using a couple wheel ramps. Took maybe 40 minutes
Hitch works great, just what I needed.

After a year the hitch still works great without issues. Using it to tow a small 3x5 trailer without incident.
Solid construction. Thanks for the installation video. Did the installation at home.. straight forward, about 30 minutes. Very happy.

Still using the hitch for our ebike rack. I check the hitch mount regularly. It has remained solidly in place with no issues.
