The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11458 you referenced is a fit for a 2017 or 2018 Chevy Cruze hatchback. With this combination, we normally recommend the ball mount # C45521 which has a 2-5/8 inch rise. Then you can use pin # F-4 and a 2 inch diameter hitch ball like # A-82 or a 1-7/8 inch diameter ball like # A-80.
To get the proper height for your ball mount, I have attached an article to assist in measuring for level towing. I have also added an article on sizes and compatibility.
For your trailer wiring, I recommend the Tekonsha T-one # 118734 which plugs into your factory wiring behind your tail lights. Then you will run a power wire directly from your battery to power the unit which will give you a 4-way trailer connector.
