Hitch was delivered to the wrong address. Not a strainer issue but UPS.

As per other discussions and reviews, the slotted mounting holes don't exactly line up on a 2014 Model. I was hoping Curt MFG would have fixed this minor flaw since its release, but it doesn't seem they have addressed the issue. However, with a little TLC, it fits and looks great!
Had to grind the holes bigger with a die grinder as the holes didn't line up. Looking online that seems like a common problem with this hitch. Other than that its been perfect for what I need. It looks great, finish is great and works well. Do have to trim a little bit of the plastic but it isn't noticeable.
Excellent hitch in both construction and fit. This worked very well for my car and application. The installation instructions and videos made it easy to install.
etrailer’s customer service was on point as usual; very good. I did run into a couple challenges with the hitch. There are 8 bolts that hold the hitch to the chassis on the car. The slots in the hitch was really too wide and three of the 8 bolts couldn’t be installed without elongating them. That added a lot of time to the install, trip to the hardware store and for paint to dry. Given the randomness of only three bolts not lining up makes me think the hitch wasn’t built as Curt intended. Don’t know.
The bumper reinstall was a bit challenging due to the thickness from the receiver making for a very tight squeeze with the foam and bumper. It was achieved but not easily. The foam should be trimmed. That said, I don’t have any suggestions there.
Once installed the hitch is in a perfect location and looks decent. This installation is one a GS350 F sport package. No problems there. Since this car is no longer in production, and it’s relatively scarce I was just happy to have an option to be able to haul bikes.
Fit my vehicle perfectly. Does not stick out too far, which is what I was hoping. Just enough for the bike rack to fit on it.

Its pretty close to the ground, which makes the knob on the big rack rub the ground on bumps and driveways, even when going slowly. That being said it is the ONLY hitch option for a Lexus GS350 and it has been holding my rack and E-bikes very well.

Outside holes lined up inside didn't Had to open up 4 slots.
Dimension for cut out wrong length to long, width cut borderline.
Not sure if foam needed to be cut to make up for thickness of hitch plate.
Clear and Easy to follow instructions.
Looks good nice fit when done.

The foam should not be trimmed any manner and just reinstalled like the hitch isn’t there.
This item works perfectly. The only thing is that one of the holes doesn't aligns correctly and it took me a while of wrestling with it to make it fit.

After one year my hitch is in pristine conditions, and we all know how extreme is Florida weather!!!
IDK why it is so hard to drill holes, especially SLOTS, to mount a hitch. Had to take another 10+mm of material off one side of the mounting plate holes. If you are capable, no problem. If not, something to consider.
The hitch itself is a good hitch. Unfortunately, the holes in the hitch where the hitch attaches to the car didn't line up well. I had to drill and expand slots in the hitch. After that, all good.
Hitch looks and feels good. I did the installation myself and it went fairly well. The installation took me about 120 minutes to complete. I’m giving this hitch a 4-star review because, as other reviewers have also reported, I had to elongate two out of the eight mounting holes to get the hitch to line up with the Lexus bumper mounting holes and bolts.

After a full year of regular use, almost weekly, two Mountian bikes, this hitch has been amazing. E-Trailer customer service is what missing from todays shopping experiences. They are amazing, helping all along the way. This is my 3rd hitch from them, keep selling my car, and Everytime its a great experience. Thank you E-Trailer!
