According to Curt their # C11366 fits all models of the 2013 Lexus GS350, including the F-Sport model with AWD.
If you'll be using the hitch for light duty towing, you might also need the following to complete your towing system:
Trailer wiring harness w/ 4-pole trailer connector, part # C59236
Ball mount, part # 36071
Trailer ball, part # 19258 for a 2 inch ball, or # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball
Locking hitch pin, part # e98879
