Ellen: Hey, everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com. We're going to be taking a quick look at the Folding Basin. This is an easy way to transport some water around for maybe a fresh water source, or from one spigot to your campsite, and then have a nice place to wash up your dishes, wash your hands, do any kind of cleaning that you need to. Makes it pretty easy. It's just this little tote here.

I'm going to fill it up with water, so you can see how well it holds. This does allow you to carry 10 liters of water at a time. So pretty good amount of water. This is not going to be nearly that much, but just to give you an idea of what it looks like whenever it's full. Will sag down a little bit, but makes it pretty easy to grab this over.

You can hold it with one hand and transport that wherever you need it to go.Whenever it's not full of water, it folds down easily, as you saw. And something that I kind of like about it, having these corners is that it makes it pretty easy to also pour it back out. Of course, there's a little bit of spillage there from the lip, but pretty nice and easy to transfer water in or out of that. And then again, it just folds up. Make a little teepee out of it, fold one corner into the other.

Fold it up that way, and then you can fold it up again if you want it to be really flat. Of course, it's better to fold this up for storage whenever it's completely dry. If you leave some water in there, there's a chance that you could introduce mildew and stuff like that. So always want to make sure that it's nice and dry before you put it away.It is made out of laminated vinyl and it has this reinforcement in there to give it some more structural stability. Handles are nice and reinforced, should be pretty comfortable to carry that water.

It's pretty lightweight as well whenever it's empty. So it doesn't really add any more bulk than you need. As far as the size, when it's folded out, it's about 11 and a half inches by 11 and a half inches. And then about six and three quarter inches deep. There is another version of this that actually has a Double Basin. So it pretty much would be two of these just fastened together.
