We do carry a camper tie-down system that will work for your 2004 Chevrolet Silverado without drilling into the truck frame.
I recommend the TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs, for your Silverado. This system includes the front and the rear tie-downs and can be easily removed when you are not using your camper. This is made in the USA and has a lifetime warranty. To order this system you need to order part # TLC2205, and part # TLC3205.
