Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Lewmar Anchor Rode with Chain Rope and Shackle. Now, this 110-foot long anchor rode is going to be ideal for all Lewmar Windlass Gypsies, but this is also going to work with V-700, Pro-Series/Fish 700, V1, 2, and 3, and Pro-Sport 550 Windlasses. And as you know, this is going to give you durability and strength to hold your boat steady. The chain here is hot-dip galvanized and welded to minimize corrosion. And you see the shackle here, the shackle is five-sixteenths of an inch.
And then the rope here is treated three-strand twisted nylon, so very strong and durable, and you see where it connects to the chain there. And so the overall length of just the chain itself is going to be 10 feet. (chain clunking) The link size is a quarter of an inch, and this is a Grade G4 chain. And then the rope is a total of 100 feet long, and the diameter or the size of the rope is half an inch. So you're gonna get that total length, with the rope and the chain, of 110 feet.
And so again, this is from Lewmar, and if there's an anchor that you're needing to pair with this as well, we do provide anchors from Lewmar, and some of those anchors do come with complete kits, where you get the chain, and the rope, and the shackle altogether. So take a look at those other options from Lewmar if this isn't exactly what you're looking for. But if you do decide that this is going to be just what you need, we would love to hear back from you regarding your experience with this shackle, chain, and rope. So if you wouldn't mind dropping a comment on this product page, letting us know how this is working out for you, and we would also love to see photos of your setup, and seeing this in action as well. Well, I think that's gonna wrap up our quick look today, I do hope that our brief time together was helpful for you.
Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
