You can't see vehicles in your blind spot, so lane changes can miss cars beside you. This 4" x 11" convex mirror expands your field of view, so you can see vehicles alongside your mirror before moving over.
Standard mirrors leave a gap where nearby vehicles disappear during lane checks. This mirror uses a convex mirror head design to expand the field of view beyond a flat mirror. You can spot vehicles alongside your vehicle before moving over.
Flat mirrors limit how much of the adjacent lane you can see at once. This mirror increases coverage with a convex surface across its full width. You can monitor more of the lane next to you without shifting your head position.
Large add-on mirrors can block your main reflection and interfere with normal driving. This mirror uses a compact 4" x 11" size that fits onto existing mirror surfaces. You keep your primary mirror view while adding coverage to the side.
Vehicle mirrors vary in size and shape, which can limit add-on options. This mirror uses a universal application that works with a variety of mirror setups. You can position it where it fits best on your current mirror surface.

Hi, everyone. Steve here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look together at the CIPA HotSpots Convex Blind Spot Mirror. Now folks, this is gonna be an 11-inch wide. It's gonna give you lots of space. It's gonna fit your existing mirror surfaces.
You do have a little threaded rod here on the back, and that can move, that way when it's installed, you can obviously tilt this down and change the direction of it and everything, like so. And again, it's 4-inches tall by 11-inches long and this will give you lots of added coverage without taking over all of your mirror space. And this works across lots of different mirror setups. It's universal. It will adapt to a large range of vehicle mirror shapes.

Part # CM49002 is a smaller wedge-shaped CIPA stick-on hotspot mirror. It measures 1-1/2 inches Tall x 2 inches long.

Have had this mirror for a year now with no problems. It takes only minutes to install and works great. No problems with it loosening on or off-road.

Well, unfortunately both these mirrors cracked first cold spell bout 27° but etrailer was kind enough to replace them even after a year. Good company, I will continue to do business with them in the future.
