Best 2022 Mini Cooper Roof Racks

I ordered the Yakima roof rack, with the Hullyrollers for the back crossbar and the Mako saddles for the front crossbar to use with my kayak. It arrived just like they told me and I put them on my car the eveningit arrived. Got to finlly use the roof rack on June 22 to go out kayaking and it worked great. Only thing is I did not know about the air reflector piece for the front crossbar. Now I will be ordering it to help with the wind noise.

Great rack, go on fast, easy to install and work well on my VW TDI wagon. Care has to be given and follow the instructions for the install to what type of rails you have. Works great carrying the VW luggage carrier and plan on using it to carry kayaks as well. Just have not decided what kayak rack type to get yet.

Absolute Nightmare installing Thule instructions incomprehensible and at times contradictory 1 part from the carrier broken Getting replacement and support from Thule in all 6 months from purchase before sucessful mounting. But now that its on it is a great rack This was not really your fault but Thule's they need to provide clear instructions and fast on line support.

The product works as described and couldn't be happier with them. They were easy to put on and work rather well on my roof rack for my Mini Cooper.

I am very happy with my purchase of the 2500 Series Rhino Roof Rack system from etrailer. I wanted to transport a Mohawk Intrepid 16’ canoe from Pagosa Springs to my home in Albuquerque that my good friend left me when he passed. We used to run the Chama River from El Vado Dam to just short of Big Eddy, a great overnight trip of 22 miles. I didn’t know what I needed in a roof rack for my Toyota Tacoma full cab but Alyssa at etrailer was very helpful and so pleasant. The delivery was quick and the installation was pretty easy (the videos on etrailer’s website were a big help). The day I drove from Pagosa to ABQ, Feb 26, 2023, it was very windy, 40 mph gusting to 60 mph! Not an ideal day to be carrying a canoe on the roof! But the Rhino Rack was rock solid and the canoe didn’t budge, even though my truck was getting getting pushed around. I’ve left the rack on because I like the way it looks! (PS. I added another strap to the back rack after I took the photo) Highly recommend etrailer to anyone considering purchasing a roof rack!

Easy to install and use. Great value. However, fairly noisy on the highway on our Mini Cooper when the rack is empty… but you get used to it.

So far its great. Barely noticed the wind noise or pull going 70. Very sturdy also. Fit my mini perfect.

The Rhino Rails are of high quality and should last at least the life of my vehicle. I'm still in the process of installing them but the DK specs do not list my 2012 mini cooper s. So I have no measurements at this point

I recently drove round trip in terrible weather to Boston from Orlando a trip of over 1500 miles...My Inno Elliptical Roof Bars Roof Rack held up perfectly. I especially like the "keyed" function. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a strong, weatherproof, and secure roof rack.

I got these to replace my OE roof racks. The square shape is perfect for Yakima Bowdown kayak racks. Solid!

One of the lesser expensive rack kits for the Mazda5. etrailer delivered excellent! They had items in stock and shipped quick. I finally had a chance to install it this evening. My only frustration was evening out the bars. Measure, adjust and measure and adjust. I'll look into getting a fairing to reduce wind noise.

By far the best service I have received in a very long time. I recieved my inno flush feet areo crossbars, sooner than expected and the assembly was just as specified. I especially liked having the video with the tutorial. I like the look of the low profile and the quality is outstanding. I have used this for my kayak and the low profile helps with the loading and unloading. I would highly recommend this product and Company.

Thank you etrailer my car looks great I spent 4 hours to ensemble this cross bar and the bask rack but finally I made it now I have more cargo space in my car I really recommend etrailer good quality items and good service thanks again

I have been very happy with the roof rack system.

The Inno roof rack is an excellent product and etrailer.com provides exceptional service with videos, email, chat and phone. I bought this roof rack for my 2008 Ford Edge because because there is enough clearance for the moon roof. I use it to mount a 600W solar system for rustic camping instead of a noisy generator. I wish I'd taken a photo... I won't be mounting it again until mid-August 2024.

Waste of money. Most annoying couple hours spent in a long time. Extremely disappointed. Does not fit well. Not exactly a cheap option, but a cheap option in terms of fit and engineering. The instructions online and in the kits do not agree. But there is no helping the design. Plus there are no universal set of instructions--they are all individual items for the fit kit, the bars, etc. But a reasonably inclined person can figure it out so no big deal, but the engineering design is garbage--requires precise measurement yet the design is such that exact measurement is impossible due to the design. Additionally, the parts are low quality Either low density plastic or easily stripped bolts. Even when as precise as possible, I wouldn't trust it with my kayak. What a mistake. Do yourself a favor and get a Yakima trailer or similar. It isn't that much more money in the scheme of things and then it isn't tied to your car. Can add a hitch to most vehicles anyway.

I went to a few other roof rack shops and they all told me that there was no rack option for a 2019 MINI without roof rails and wanted to charge me $1500 to install custom rails...This fits perfect with my Thule wing bars from a previous vehicle.

Very nice quality, made in Japan. Easy to install using the Inno XS150 base stays. The 51" was a nice size for my 2015 Touareg. Many of the manufacturers recomment wider (53-54"), but I like the narrower profile. Unfortunately, the Aero design still creates a slight bit of wind noise at highway speeds, and it gets worse if the sunroof is raised (vent). I like the soft rubber T-channel material which allows the accessories to mount without cutting the material. I also like the slightly arched shape.

Bought the Thule Wingbar Evo 118 crossbars and Thule Evo Raised Rail footers and installed them on my 2016 RAV4. Pretty easy to install and I did watch a few videos online to make sure I was doing everything right. I like the new raised rail system from Thule as it is clamp style versus the rubber strap - both work very well, but the newer clamp system is nice because the tool you use to tighten the footings clicks when it reaches the right tightness so you don't over tighten it. I recommend these rails and the footings (Thule 710401) as the system is quiet when driving and looks good.

Easy to assemble and install. Love the way etrailer packages everything you need and they all are correct for the vehicle you are mounting them on. Once installed they appear very strong. Installed on a 2023 Chevy Tahoe and did not interfere with the sunroof.

Website is easy to use & is better at putting together the correct package than Thule’s site. etrailer had all the parts in stock for my 2020 Kia Telluride. Payment process was simple. Received periodic updates from staffer on my order & could actually reply if needed. Installing the roof rack went well. Estimate start to finish was about 2 hours. Found it best to really examine each diagram in Thule’s step by step instructions to get it all right on the first try. Hardness part of the installation was getting the crossbars installed at the proper distances. A tailor’s soft measuring tape & some masking were great aids.
