Very heavy duty ladder rack that does not "whistle" while you drive down the road. Easy install overall, and it is very easy to install and remove the racks as needed after the original install. At the time of purchase this was not available for my vehicle with a short 5.5' bed, but with very minor fabrication the rails for longer beds fit perfectly. I have recommended this rack to several people since purchased a year ago.

Great product! Packaging could be better for the larger pieces (rub marks). My 2018 Ram 1500 quad cab came with some small challenges that I had to solve myself. No videos or written words available. Basically if your bed rails are covered with a bed liner you need to remove the plastic sleeve in the rear stake pockets. Otherwise you won’t get an equal spacing from one rail to the other. You will also need to use the provided rubber tape with the wedges in order to make the rails level. Otherwise it went together great.

Product was carefully designed and the fit and finish are nice, but when you have to break out your taps to finish the job then one has to wonder about quality control. I would expect this sort of foolishness from a "b" grade item.

Best rack on the market, and I’ve owned many! This is my second set of TracRac ladder rack systems. The first in 2006, and it was still going strong until I sold the truck with the rack on it, and now this one I purchased in 2022. Unfortunately, this will be my last one as it will take me into retirement, but it will live on with the new owner that buys this truck! Thank you for manufacturing such a good quality product. Ability to raise and lower the rack is very useful. It allows me to keep the boats as low to the ground/truck cab as possible for easier loading/unloading. I can raise the rear rack and load a motorcycle without removing it. I have removed the endcaps and run straps through the crossbars and was able to load two 17 aluminum canoes at once. Note, the endcaps are a bit delicate and extremely expensive to replace!

I recently made a 4 hour trip home after picking up a new kayak while using the following equipment for the first time: Thule Xsporter Pro Truck Bed Ladder Rack, Thule Hull-A-Port Kayak Carrier w/Tie-Downs - J-Style, Thule Watersports Adapter for Aeroblade/Aeroblade Edge Bars and Thule Bow/Stern Tie-Downs. I'm impressed with the performance of all of those components.

Bought this for my 2020 Toyota Tacoma and with the adapter kit (https://www.etrailer.com/Accessories-and-Parts/Thule/THXK4.html), it works perfectly for what I needed. Right now using it to haul two kayaks but eventually will be using it to haul a hardtop camper. Perfect midsize height. Very sturdy, somewhat easy to assemble (Thule instructions are pretty bare bones but once you get started it's pretty easy to follow).

It’s very well made, heavy duty. Looks good and should last a very long time. I’ve put my Yakima SkyBox 18 on it and we are ready for adventure.

Box was broken on delivery I notified them and they told Me if anything was missing that they would take care of it. Come to find out everything was still there. Everything went together perfectly. Thank you for the communication. Look forward to working again with you all in the future

Rack has worked great hauling 20 foot lumber, 17 foot kayaks and standup paddle boards. The only issue I have had is the front cantilever bar over the cab is about 1" from the roof. If I hit a bump in the road it hits the top of the cab. I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 Crew Cab short bed. Wish there was a little more clearance between the cross bar and cab.

I ordered a truck rack Monday Sept 17th just after 8am pacific time. Within an hour I received an e-mail that the order was being processed. A short time later i received an e-mail that the order had shipped . I received my order on Friday the 21st. I have installed the Rack in my truck and it looks great. More expensive than other racks but I was impressed with the quality of the components, the directions and even the packaging. I wanted racks that I could adjust as low as possible to ease the loading of kayaks and just clear the cab. These adjust to just about any height you'd want in 3/4 inch increments. My only doubt is whether the C clamps that secure the bases to the bed rails might loosen over time.

The ladder rack is awesome + It took 3 times to get the right parts - Special thank you to Tiffini S. from customer support center, she was very professional and helpfull.

After a year of service, it has held up well. Have hauled lumber, ladders, and trim (16' pieces). It is a game changer. One of the greates pperks is being able to remove the racks when my family and I go on vacation. I also have the cantilever extension. You will need it to carry 16' material. Just be sure to secure the caps on the extension bar better. They are not metal like the other Trackrac bar caps. They are plastic with 1 screw holding it in place. One cap has dissapeared on me while driving. I cannot find a replacement as the extension bar cap is a different size than the standard TracRac bar caps.

The new rack looks great and I was able to do the assembly myself. Only problem was one bracket wasn’t drilled by the manufacturer and I drilled it myself. I do not hear any whistling from the rack while driving.

I did install the Thule TracRac SR. I did it on my own and it went well. I'm really pleased with it. As for the photo, I will send you one, once I've washed my truck. Can't make a photo with a dirty truck. I will leave feedback later after some time with the rack.
