Needed new Ubolts and spring plates for my car trailer. These worked perfect and the plates seemed thicker than the stock ones.

U- Bolt kit fit the axle perfectly. No problems.

High quality product. Straight toward install and has held up very well. Installed in a driveway in a few hours. I installed this kit on my 1974 komfort camper last year and have put highway and dirt road miles on it since. I take it elk hunting and get into some tight rough situations and haven't had any issues. It gave the camper just the right amount of clearance and it pulls level behind my Tundra with a curt anti sway stabilizer hitch. Before this kit my campers ground clearance was awful and I was always worried about puncturing my holding tank. This product fixed that problem.

Gave me the extra 6" height I needed to pull the Camper with my Toyota Tundra with 3" lift.

The parts in the U-Bolt kits (I had two of them) fit perfectly, and I am very pleased with everything about them.

Great replacement for cheap lippert products

My wife and I installed the Dexter EZ Flex Suspension kit on Grand Desin Imagine RV Thursday, July 18th, 2024. It took us about 6 hours but some of that time was getting our RV trailer jacked up and secured with jack stands. After the installation we greased all the wet bolts and the fittings on the EZ Flex equalizer. One problem we have is there is one Wet bolt that will not take grease, after several attempts. All others accepted grease but this one. We’re wondering if this one wet bolt is bad.

Exactly what I needed, such an easy upgrade with new heavier springs and the wet bolt upgrade kit. etrailer techs helped answer some questions to be sure I got exactly what I needed.

Replaced 50 year old u Bolts on my horse trailer. Fit like a glove, no issues with install and everything fit as it should.

Some of the pieces in this kit are of questionable quality. In particular, the threaded center of the nuts are not round, and will not thread on to the bolt. The kit comes with 14 of these nuts, and 7 of them are unusable. This is unforgivable, considering the issue has been reported at least since 2023, as there is a review and accompanying photo on 05/16/2023. So if you buy this kit assuming the problem has been corrected, you will be mistaken. Other than this issue, the kit seems to be acceptable.

Worked great fit was good. I did not use standard nuts furnished but used Nylon lock nuts instead.

I Waited Too Long to Replace Trailer Bushings -The past few years I would hear “clunking” sound (different than “squeaking”) from my boat trailer, but I got concerned this year as it seemed louder. -With the boat off the trailer I could see wear around the shackle bolts -I called eTrailer to order the parts and was helped by Kayla to order the bushings/shackles/bolts/nuts for my tandem axle trailer -After trying to press the bushings in I realized I measured poorly and had two different bushings, the equalizer had 1 size and springs had a different size. -Amanda helped me get the second set of bushings (delaying the project for 5 days…but my fault) Right or wrong: -I applied anti-seize compound to the shackle bolt threads -I pre-loaded the “wet” bolts with marine grease to fill them up before inserting them into the suspension, adding grease when everything is installed -I tightened the bolts very securely and they backed off the nut ½ turn to allow for suspension movement Lessons learned: -Look for different size bushings in equalizer/springs and measure correctly ID & OD precisely -It takes some time to do this job (about 4 working hours per side) so try to do it when you are not under pressure -If you want the re-paint some parts, allow for primer and top coat drying time, i.e. overnight which adds time to the project, but it comes out better -Have a big breaker bar & extension/enforcer to help get the nuts on & off. My ½” impact gun could not tighten them all the way -A large “C” clamp will press the bushing in smooth & straight instead of using a hammer & block of wood “caveman style” -Annually inspect your trailer suspension for signs of wear and listen for increased noise Thanks again to Kayla, Amanda and eTrailer for help with this project.

Product and service are excellent. You should consider using better shipping containers or using a different shipper. My box showed up with a hole in the bottom and the tape ripped almost gave way. By reading other comments this is not the first time.

Got these parts quickly and was able to rebuild my trailers entire suspension before hauling a car on a 1000 mile weekend road trip. Very glad I found E-trailer.

I received what I order on time. However, the shipping box was a little worse for wear. The internal box and containers had split open spilling nuts and studs all over the place. Luckily none of the loose parts got outside of the shipping box. I'm not sure if you could ever pack a box that could withstand the odd occasional bad shipping experience. With that said, the ordering and phone support at etrailer was excellent.

Dexter kit looks and feels robust! Can’t wait to put it on and see the results. Did have one of the shackles that would not fit and Etrailer customer service was Awesome! Sent what I needed right away. Will be buying from Etrailer again!

I installed the TSS-107-40 on a 32ft. 7500lb. travel trailer about a year ago. I also installed front axle Sumo springs SSF-302-47 and rear axle Sumo Springs SSR-312-54 on my 2022 Ram 2500. This is a review for all 3. I Have been on 7 camping trips since the Sumo springs were installed on my trailer. There's a noticeable difference on good roads. Smooths out the ride and less body roll when trucks pass me so it helps with sway. But I just took a trip down I95 through SC and the road was terrible. I mean SCDOT should be ashamed. Especially any bridges - even small ones over creeks - the dips and ramps before and after the bridges were terrible. You felt like you were being launched off of a ramp. This is where these things really did their job. They kept the contents of the trailer from being tossed and kept the trailer tracking well and immediately dampened bounce and porpoising. I also installed front axle Sumo springs SSF-302-47 and rear axle Sumo Springs SSR-312-54 on my 2022 Ram 2500 and again - noticeable difference immediately in the smoothness of the ride while towing. I bought the heavier weight springs and was worried about the stiffness of the ride with no trailer - and there is stiffness - but man am I glad I had them on the Interstate going through SC. Before I got them I could feel my suspension bottom out front and rear in certain situations. Now - not a problem. You'll have to be ok with a stiffer ride when not pulling a trailer - but you'll be happy you have them during stressful highway driving. I keep a lot of weight on my truck even without a trailer - bed cap, bed slide, tools and other items so that helps with the stiffness when not towing. I also installed the spacer on the truck rear Sumo Springs so they are engaged all the time. Not installing the spacers may help with the stiffness. I may take my spacers out. Easy installation for the most part. I did it with 2 jacks and a jack stand. The trailer Sumo Springs were even easier than the truck springs. Just be aware that these springs - IMO - are not to improve the comfort of your truck ride in general but more to improve the performance of your truck while under significant load. Having said that, they did help a lot with body roll while cornering with no trailer which was kind of a nice bonus. The rear springs also helped with squatting under the hitch weight of the trailer. You may also notice on the trailer spring picture that the gas line had to be re-routed a bit - there's a kit that comes with the springs that makes that very easy - you're able to use the existing holes.

Fast and easy install. Have kept my travel trailer’s cheap China leaf springs from re-shaping themselves into an ‘n,’ from the factory ‘u’ shape. Highly Satisfied!

I couldn’t find parts for my customers boat trailer . Nobody had a complete trailer axle . So I finally found etrailer they answered the phone I had all my measurements they took the time to search out what I was asking for . Awsome sales lady she knew what I wanted and found all my parts so I can replace the spindle on the axle Nice to talk to a person instead of a answering machine Thanks for your help

We did send an email to u requesting a drawing for correct installation of the hanger set. Wasn't sure how to set the springs in regards to the proper measuremnts for distance. We did not receive any respone

I just have one suggestion for this kit. The fiber bushings that go into the eye of the spring should be included in this kit. The cost is nominal but I had to run around to find these bushings has I did not have to replace the springs but the bushings were worn.

Received my order reasonable time. I had a couple of issues. etrailer took care of them. My old shackles were making noise. I don't have that many miles on my single axle trailer, but they were starting to show wear. So it wouldn't have been that long that I would be having a problem with them. The heavy duty shackles are great and greaseable so they should last for a long time. No more creaking when I step into the trailer. I haven't taken them on the road yet, but I will soon.

Bought these to raise the trailer a touch. Easy to install. Fast shipping & response. Also bought new bolts 7 locknuts. Bought new bushings just in case but didn't need them. Well satisfied with my purchase.

The shackle and bolts fixed my problem .Original shackle had pointed or right angle corner and the trailer hung up. The new shackle had a radius corner and didn't catch the frame. Works great
