Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider - Single Jaw - Above Bed - 13,000 lbs
From a ride perspective, this is an excellent hitch for a shortbox. I never worry about hitting my cab and have been all over the country with my 5er. Maintenance is relatively simple and makes traveling easy. Some cons are, of course, the weight and size of this beast. But, it works for me and I like the comfort of knowing I don't ever have to hop out in traffic to slide the hitch to make a turn. Another potential con is the height. In my 16 Nissan Titan XD Pro4x Cummins, I have to have this on the lowest rail setting and it still is quite tall. I know that's mostly my truck's height issue, even stock, but still a drawback for this to me. Also, I had one of the alan bolts come undone in the handle that controls the kingpin claw (so now I keep a closer eye on all the bolts)...but Demco sent me a new one no questions. Even so, all concerns are minor in the grand scheme of things.
Everyone that I spoke to on the phone were very helpful. I haven't hooked up my hitch yet but I like what I see so far.

Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R16 Roller - Slide Bar Jaw - 16,000 lbs
Great price and works really well with the camper im pulling with no issues what so ever even sits low enough to have my bed cover on without removing any parts of the hitch
The fifth wheel hitch looks and works great. The assembly and installing in the truck bed was straight forward and we had no problems. I would recommend buying from etrailer they were lots of help.

Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R16 Slider - Dual Jaw - 16,000 lbs
It only took me 75 minutes from unpacking the boxes, to having this unit pulling my 23 foot Forest River 5th wheel with my Nissan Titan XD. The Etrailer folks were very helpful and bent over backwards to meet my deadline. I'm proud to highly recommend them. B.J.
Hitch was simple to install. Very sturdy. Worked in Titan with 6.5' box with reese revolution pinbox on trailer.

B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider - Dual Jaw - 18,000 lbs
There was a snafu on the delivery of this, like it ending up 1000 miles from my house on the first try, and then the delivery company getting mad at me for not having a forklift at my house. Since I just got this yesterday I can't say much ab out it yet, I am still trying to install it. I do suggest a hoist in your garage if you plan on removing this hitch at all, it is heavy. It looks to be in great condition though! I can't wait to get it attached so I can give it a test drive on a 2 hour trip. I can tell you that two RV retailers suggested this B&W hitches, so I have high hopes. With all the products on the market today, to get recommendations from two different companies that installs them, is impressive.
From the start, the folks at etrailer were very courteous and helpful. I called many times during the decision making process and everyone was always right there to help. When I finally decided to purchase the B&W 18K Patriot w/slider Bailey was there to help with the order. She explained the free freight shipping and it was a done deal. It arrived 1 day earlier than stated, as soon as I opened the cartons it was in fact the good ol' American made quality I was accustomed to growing up. I proceeded to install on the B&W rails I purchased and installed locally on my 2022 F250 Lariat/ Tremor.I had a small hick- up with the install and etrailer gave me B&W's # as they like to handle issues themselves. Stephanie at B&W was just as courteous. Overall a very pleasant experience. The Patriot was basically plug and play. I then connected my 2021 Grand Design 303RLS Reflection and rolled down yhe road. What a smooth and quiet ride, loved it! I would definitely recommend etrailer and their products. Thank you all that helped.

Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R20 Slider - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs
This product review is for a Curt A20 fifth wheel hitch for a 2017 Nissan Titan XD with the puck system. The hitch was ordered in late March and received May 10, the status of my order was followed up by Helen M. at etrailer, she was very informative and responsive to my inquiries. The hitch arrived by UPS in two packages. The packaging was in great shape and very substantial. All parts were secure in the package. Be advised this hitch is very heavy so help with installation may be necessary. The hitch base frame is cast iron and very sturdy. The base fit perfectly in the factory puck system. Grease was applied to the pucks and receivers to reduce future corrosion. Unpacking will take about 30 minutes and the installation is very easy and with help will require about one hour. The hitch is installed but at present has not been used and tested under a load, so be advised there will be a follow up to this review in the future. Thanks etrailer for a great shopping experience.
Great Hitch, very happy with this unit. Have pulled the 18K lb fifth wheel over 25K miles (Florida to Idaho, back to Florida and now Alaska). We have covered many rough roads and challenging situations, without problems and have never had a bad couple. The hitch indicator on front of head gives a clear indication of latching condition, and the latch handle has a locking pin for added protection. This pin is the only issue I have had, which can be trapped under the slide plate if your truck is at an angle (beyond about 35 deg) from the rv. I make it a point to pull this pin prior to backing if I am the least bit concerned. This is a great hitch! Excellent quality and it's made here in America.

B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs
I have a 2018 GMC 3500 6 1/2 foot bed with the factory fifth wheel prep package. I just bought this fifth wheel hitch and towed with it once but it fits perfectly and tows beautifully, is very well built and is USA made. MAGA!! I have it set over the axle and have plenty of clearance because of the tapered front cap on my trailer. No bucking of jerking like the Reese titan hitch I previously had although it was on a slider. Awesome hitch don't hesitate to buy it.
Extremely easy install. You will need a torque wrench that’ll go up to 110 ft/lbs. glad I did my research and went with the B&w gooseneck hitch in anticipation of getting this 5th wheel companion hitch at a later time.

my companion 5th wheel hitch(rvk3370) hitch was delivered on 3/11, I installed it in a couple hours on 3/12. It was a piece of cake, the delivery was made with a lift gate truck that I back my truck up to and had the driver lower the lift gate down onto my tailgate, I unpackaged the hitch and was able to Maneuver it by myself into the puck system on my truck, I have the slider hitch so much heavier than the standard one, but still very easy for my 65 year old body to handle, the B t W was the only hitch I considered because of the ruggedness and quality of their products my truck is a 2023 Ford F 350

Curt Q25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R24 Slider - Dual Jaw - 24,000 lbs
Showed up just in time to install and cross a few states to pick up our 1st new 5th wheel. Easy installation and showed up a few days early.
Overall very happy with my Curt 5th wheel 24k hitch. I’m happy it came in pieces because of the weight totally assembled. Release spring for the slide is pretty stiff but I wouldn’t want it disengaging while driving down the road. Thanks for all your help Justin and your prompt service.

Works as expected. Installation was almost perfect. I had to do a little physical persuasion on one clip to get it to line up correctly but nothing a big hammer could not fix. But with confidence from a reliable company.
