Best 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Safety Cables

As you can see, I ordered the components necessary to allow me to flat tow my Jeep Grand Cherokee behind my motorhome. I followed the recommendations made by one of your employees as far which components would be necessary to meet my objective. Now that I have utilized this equipment to tow our vehicle over two separate trips to Seattle, Washington and also to Tucson, Arizona, I can report that we have been very satisfied with every aspect of our purchase. Just received RoadMaster Baseplate Kit (-4), Falcon 2 Tow Bar, Diode Taillight Kit and the Wireless Braking Kit for my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. Arrived after only two days! All packages arrived in good shape!

The products purchased were to allow me to tow my new Jeep Grand Cherokee behind my motorhome. Actually I had purchased a similar setup from you Five years earlier for my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Both worked as advertised and I was very satisfied.

over priced like all roadmaster products as the price is fixed from the mfg, however great quality and e-trailer is the best online company I have dealt with. wish the free shipping limit was lower, I would buy more often rather than go to the local RV stealership

I purchased this as part of a package which included; Hitch and wiring for my 2022 Equinox, Base plate, Tow Bar, brake System and connecting air hose, break away cables, LED tow lights with wiring harness, and a trickle charger to keep the Equinox battery from going dead while I was towing it behind my class A RV. I had etrailer do the install of all the components on my car and RV. All the workmanship was excellent and done in the amount of time they said it would take. Also because they did not have a video of this equipment being put on this year and model vehicle, I gave them permission to make a video(which added a extra day and a half to the install)and the installation was free. Everything has worked perfectly and I couldn't be happier. Etrailer is my go to for anything towing and also RV parts.

I have been using "Coil Cables" for over 30 years. I always tell people about them and suggest over any chain set out there. The coil keeps the cables from dragging the ground and getting chewed up by the road. I suggest the use of 1/2 inch, Grade 8 hardware to attach to your trailer. If you do not have Grade 8 hardware then jump into your car and go get some. Nothing less is sufficient for the task. Do not sell yourself short on attachments. Remember this rule: Your wife and children may be coming from the other direction. Make sure you are safe. etrailer, my thoughts about this company are simple. Great people and great products. In the past I have contacted the Customer Service group twice. Yes only twice in 10+ years of business. My questions and issues were solved fast and we were all happy. My tow vehicle went on fire on July 4. If I did NOT have these safety cables, I would not have been able to disconnect my motorhome before it, too, caught fire. I will never tow with the other cables.

Easy to install. Works well. No more chains hitting the ground after a bump.

Love these cables. First, using coiled cables avoids adjusting chains so they don't drag on the highway. Second, the S hooks are MUCH easier to attach and remove from the hitch on my RAV4. Previously had coiled cables with clevis hooks. They convinced me to stick with coiled cables, but the heavier hooks were harder to manage on my RAV4.

Rated at 10,000 lbs., it's probably overkill for towing my 4700 lb. Jeep but I will travel down the road knowing it will not under perform. I have always been satisfied with Roadmaster's quality of all their products. Etrailer has been excellent to do business with and I will continue to do so in the future.

Tow cables are as described fitting my toe bar. I prefer the straight cables versus the coiled ones thus am quite happy with your product

Good quality cables and hardware. Very happy with this. Using for a 2014 Fleetwood Discovery 40G towing a 2018 GMC Yukon Denali w/ Roadmaster Blackhawk 2 and no towbar extension. These are probably a little longer than needed with this setup, but I figured a little long is better than a little short.

A huge upgrade over chains, these are an awesome budget friendly upgrade. They don't drag the ground and you can fish your wiring through them so that doesn't drag the ground either.
