This universal coupler lock protects your trailer from towaway theft. Lock codes to your Chrysler Concorde's ignition key, and it's nearly impossible to pick or bump. Included lock, base plate with ball, and shackle fit most coupler and latch styles.

Note: BOLT locks permanently code to only 1 vehicle. They cannot be re-coded or re-keyed.
To install this lock simply insert the ball into the coupler's ball socket. Insert the collar into the base plate until it's snug against your trailer latch and the holes align with the holes in the base plate. Insert the lock through the holes in the base plate, and use your vehicle's ignition key to secure it.
When you insert your own key into the cylinder, spring-loaded plate tumblers move up and down until they are matched exactly to that key. The first time the key is rotated, the cylinder is uniquely coded to that key. When the key is removed, the cylinder moves into the locked position. When the key is turned again, it will rotate to the unlocked position.
