This hitch is as KISS as an adjustable hitch could be. Built very well, with good thick gussets, a solid receiver shank, perfect welds and a good powder coat. The fact the trailer balls are built from one forged piece means no worry about a nut loosening and no weld to potentially break. I would go ahead and recommend you buy two replacement rubber isolators and just go ahead and put them in the other two holes in the hitch so no matter where the ball is it has some contact with an isolator without having to move the one it comes with. I highly recommend etrailer, they have great prices and fast shipping and they put out a lot of very helpful videos and pictures of the products they are selling.
The hitch worked great I bought this hitch plus a Curt Lunette ring C48660 for my pull truck. Used the hitch setup for the first time last night and worked flawless, I would definitely recommend this setup to my friends the price was great and the hitch is well built.Thanks etrailer
This is a great ball mount. Fits the Class III hitch on my Explorer perfectly. Works well with my locking anti-rattle pin. However, there is a little noise from the dual pins used for the adjustment. I called etrailer’s customer service to inquire about remedies for this and was told that there is an Allen key adjustment that needs to be tightened to reduce the noise. I have yet to tighten it but other than that, the ball mount has done a great job.

Easy installation. I haven’t pulled one of my loaded trailers with it yet. I really dislike reviews from people that admit they haven’t installed or used a product. I will update this review aftertowing a couple hundred miles. In closing, I have been purchasing from etrailer for several years, great company, knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend etrailer. They never gave me poor advice or sold me a bad product.

The hitch is very easy to adjust.
Excellent product. Installed in minutes. I tow a 14 k lb dump trailer. Needed the additional rise on the hitch. The draw bar is adjustable so that I can tow my utility trailer as well. High quality like most products I have purchased from etrailer.com
This hitch has worked out great for me over the last year. It’s very heavy duty and easy to adjust. I’ve hauled a 9,000 lb boat, long-distance on numerous occasions without issue. I also haul a landscape trailer on a daily basis weighing over 5,000lbs and haven’t had a single issue. Great hitch that was significantly cheaper than others and is very high quality. I’ve recommended it to several people and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again. The only thing I would like to have now in a hitch is a tongue weight gauge, but it isn’t necessary.
New GMC AT4 required a new ball mount and this one fit all the requirements for the truck and new multi-pro tailgate. With the AT4, I needed more drop and a longer shank (12" hole) for the tailgate to not hit my trailer jack stand; plus, the multiple drop adjustments will make changing trailers a snap. Great product from Curt and great service from etrailer (as usual).
It is a good product with good selectibility to tailor your ball height to your towed trailer. I like the anodized ball coating to prevent rust in our harsh MN winter climate. I would buy again.
This is a solid, heavy duty, and well built product. Use 2 hands inserting and removing from the receiver.
This ball mount has been working quite well for us; our old Airstream needs the 2 5/16" ball fairly high, and our boat trailer needs its 2" ball about 4 inches lower. This ball mount makes it simple to switch back and forth w/o tools and without carrying multiple mounts. Our equipment trailer and utility trailer have their own preferred heights; this unit handles all of them. There's also enough shank to use our Rock Tamers with the Airstream.
Seems to be well made. Very heavy and everything fits tight together with no rattles.

Seriously heavy duty hitch, solid main shaft, much stronger than original. It was to be shipped 2nd day, instead, it arrived in one day - a pleasant surprise.
A well built, reliable, versatile,'almost bomb proof' hitch. The biggest drawback was that we NEEDED an adapter for our 2019 RAM 3500.
That caught up to us when we had the truck in a shop which removed the hitch to do some work while we were on travel. We realized it once we were back in a National Forest and needed it. Nearly 100 miles later after buying an ADAPTER at theeeee only place around, we found that the holes for the adapter, hitch and reciever didn't line up and needed a fix...while in the forest... I think we should ALL complain to the manufacturers that we want options to keep out the weak links! Love it, but that's the weak link.

Several years ago I bought the original welded 6 inch drop hitch. I was impressed with it to say the least. Fast forward a few years. I needed more drop so my new stock trailer would pull level. I searched and found this beast. I was excited to see the same hitch with more drop so I ordered. Upon arrival I was surprised to see how much heavier duty this thing is. The pics on the website do not do this hitch any justice. This thing is a BEAST!! The channel web is 1/2 inch thick!! My original one is only 1/4 inch thick. Trust me folks. This is the only hitch you'll ever need. I would suggest going ahead and throwing a locking hitch pin in your cart too. Protect your investment!!

What an incredible mount! The craftsmanship is outstanding—the welds are flawless, and the powder coating is truly exceptional. After researching various options, I can confidently say that my decision to purchase the Curt Channel Mount has exceeded my expectations. I'm thoroughly impressed!
The Curt hitch is well built and super strong. Very happy with quality and build. Its nice it came with both pins for the ball and a third pin for the hitch to go into the truck.
