The lock on our carrier is stamped N009 but we have lost the key. Can we get a replacement soon?

It sounds like you have a Thule carrier based on the lock number. The replacement key you will need is # THKEYN009. The keys are sold in quantities of one. I recommend getting at least two so you have one as a spare.
