Briefly, the worst thing i ever purchased. When the awning is fully extended the the arms will not let the awning roll up, and it bent one of the arms. I contacted you and gave up communication. So I don't run it all the way out. Now the spring loaded button on the locking slide has rusted so bad it took me 2 hrs to free up just one side, I still have to do the other.
Outward appearance doesn't appear to show damage, but I haven't inspected them closely. The box they were shipped in was pretty much torn up and barely holding together when I found it on the ground by the front door. There isn't any mounting hardware nor was there any packing material to keep the arms from bouncing all the place. I will be surprised if I DON'T find damage to them.

I am sorry that it wasn't packaged more securely, Curtis. Have you had a chance to check and see if the arms had any damage? As for the hardware, it looks like we have some replacement hardware on it's way. Let me know when you receive it.

You get 2 stars and I will explain. This is the SECOND set you have shipped me. They came within 3 days. The FIRST set were scanned 10 miles from my location and never made it to me. It was only because I called NUMEROUS times that a second shipment was sent. You have a system in place for shipments that arrive, but nothing if the customer doesn’t receive their package. You have NO FOLLOW UP for undelivered or packages not delivered over X amount of days. On a second note my box was opened and no packing on 1 end. If you would line to discuss this further please feel free to give me a call. Trevor was a great help.

Here is a follow up on my last review on this horrible awning, it finally happened,while there was a light rain the right arm locked out and did not articulate then the awning ripped
