GSP offers 4 types of CV axles based on your vehicle and riding habits. The OE+ model is an affordable OEM replacement with neoprene boots. The Heavy Duty (HD) axle has a stronger shaft and TPEE boots that are better than OEM axles. The Xtreem Duty (XD) is 30% stronger than OEM axles and includes a thicker shaft for riding hard and racing. The XD is often used on lifted vehicles. The Xtended axle is a specialty product for those with long travel suspensions. It includes the same quality features of the HD axle but is longer to accomodate different builds.

Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this GSP custom fit heavy duty CB rear axle assembly. Now this is going to let you upgrade your vehicle's rear left or right OEM setup, and this has been designed to fit your 2018 Polaris Ranger 1000, your 2017 to 2019 Ranger 1000XP, and your 2013 to 2019 Ranger 900XP. So on custom fit parts such as this axle, I do recommend taking advantage of our vehicle fit guide, enter the year, make, and model of your vehicle, and our fit guide will confirm if this will work for you, or if we have something comparable that will work for you. Also, I do wanna point out that this is not intended for use on lifted vehicles. And on your screen, I am including what this is a direct replacement for.
So if you need to refer to this information, again, this is listed on this product plate, on this product page. So the hardened steel alloy shaft is built to resist wear. The material is 40 CRXC and these oversized CV joints are gonna let you climb rough terrain and crawl over obstacles. The flexible yet tough tepee boots are going to resist tearing and cracking. And this is going to arrive preassembled just like you see it here.
And so the installation's gonna be relatively simple and this has already been packed with high performance moly grease to reduce friction. The axle nut is included as you see there. And so let's go over some dimensions here. Looking at the extended axle assembly length, it's gonna be 28.74 inches. The compressed length is 26.93 inches.
The inboard joint type is a double offset joint. The spline count is 28, and the outboard joint type is ball in the spline count here is 26 and additional specs are listed on this product page. So if there's something that you we inchesre looking for that I did not cover, again, take a look at this product page to see if that information is listed for you. Well that's gonna wrap up our real quick look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you.
Again, my name is Andy, thank you for joining me.
Easy install and working great!
Product is fine. It took too long for s hipping.
CV Joint for Kawasaki Teryx.
I like the CV joint. It is better than the original. My order was easy due to skilled staff. Plus the shipping was on time. The price was also very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend. I will be back, thank you Gynger, job well done!.
The product was what I ordered. Thanks.
However, I was disappointed that it took longer to get it than I originally thought it would when I placed my order. That said, I was able to communicate my concerns and the order was delivered. This noted, I will likely order again when I need another part.
I’m not sure how useful an evaluation is at this point because these new heavy duty axles should last through years of use and they were only installed today. They look good now but time will tell. Installation was pretty much like the you tube videos showed although removal of the old axles and pushing in the new ones was physically more difficult than I expected and beyond what the tutorials showed.
