GSP offers 4 types of CV axles based on your vehicle and riding habits. The OE+ model is an affordable OEM replacement with neoprene boots. The Heavy Duty (HD) axle has a stronger shaft and TPEE boots that are better than OEM axles. The Xtreem Duty (XD) is 30% stronger than OEM axles and includes a thicker shaft for riding hard and racing. The XD is often used on lifted vehicles. The Xtended axle is a specialty product for those with long travel suspensions. It includes the same quality features of the HD axle but is longer to accomodate different builds.

Hello neighbors. Steve here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our rear left GSP heavy duty CD axle assembly, specifically for Can-Am Outlanders and Can-Am Renegades. Now folks, double check our fit guide here at etrailer.com to make sure you're getting the right parts for your Can-Am. There's lots of different years, models that this fits. That being said, I'll throw up an image of some cross-reference manufacturer and their part numbers.
You can upgrade your ride with this heavy duty CV axle that's been made of a hardened steel, specifically 40 CRXC steel, and it's built to resist wear and tear. The oversized CV joints are gonna let you climb through rough terrain, and also crawl over obstacles with ease. Both CV boots here are made of a flexible but tough TPEE. They're gonna resist tearing and cracking. It comes preassembled, like you see here right out of the box.
It's gonna be a simple installation, and it's already been pre-packed with high performance moly grease. Now as I said, this is for the rear left. The compressed axle length is 22.1 inches, side to side and extended. Overall you would get 24.25 side to side. Now starting over here with the inboard joint, it's what they call a ball joint.
It's a standard ball joint on both sides here. The spline count on the inboard is 24. Spline count on the outboard is 26. As you can see, you get the castle nut and the washers. The diameter of this guy is 24.5 millimeters thick, and you get a nice one year warranty from the manufacturer.
Well, folks, that's gonna wrap it up, just a quick look at this replacement CD axle, again, for the rear left on the Can-Ams. Double check the fit guide to make sure you're getting the right parts, and have a great day on the trails.

I like the CV joint. It is better than the original. My order was easy due to skilled staff. Plus the shipping was on time. The price was also very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend. I will be back, thank you Gynger, job well done!.
