Will this BWRVK3600 fit on a 2026 RAM 3500 with a 64 bed with an OEM prep package? Thank you.

The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 25,000 lbs # BWRVK3600 will indeed fit your 2026 Ram 3500 short bed with the OEM prep package. We would typically say to use a slider with a short bed (the B&W Companion # BWRVK3670 is what I tend to recommend), but a lot of 5th wheel trailers have tapered noses these days and the slider isn't always needed, which is nice. Sliders are heavy.

Speaking of that tapered nose though, what kind of 5th wheel do you have or are you getting?
