Can the bike racks on the Yakima exo base hold e bikes? What is the max weight for bikes on the exo base?

Hello Bryan, thanks for reaching out. The Yakima Exo system uses the DoubleUp 2 bike rack # Y24VR. This is not considered an E-bike rack. The weight capacity of the rack depends on the configuration. If mounted directly to the SwingBase, it has a capacity of 50 lbs per bike. If mounted to the TopShelf, the capacity is 40 lbs per bike.
