I currently have a ARC15AACBL2. I need a replacement, what would work as a direct replacement unit? Black cover

Hey Todd, so you will need to replace your entire system unfortunately because your system is currently using an outdated refrigerant and the current upper unit replacements will not work with your lower vent assembly because of this. As of January of 25' all AC units have to be used with the current refrigerant and are not backwards compatible.
So what you'd want is the part # GE34RR which comes with everything and is a 15k BTU black GE AC unit like you are looking for.
